Bayley Construction has extensive experience in Tenant Improvement work, dating back to its initial roots in the Pacific Northwest. In the early years, Bayley performed a multitude of office, retail and medical TI projects throughout the West and beyond. Our original work with Nordstrom, having earned us over 70 new stores, consisted of three interior Nordstrom renovation projects in the Seattle and Portland areas during the mid-seventies. In addition, we have had experience with multiple unit “roll out” projects for Restoration Hardware (29 stores in 8 weeks total time, simultaneously in 11 different states) and several bank projects for Seattle First National Bank, Bank of America and Keybank.

We have dedicated senior management individuals for our TI work in each of our two main offices. These projects have lead to “cross-over” work between the Tenant Improvement and our Shell and Core operations. Having these two operations operating in both the Northwest and California offices has enabled this service to be of benefit to our clients.
